Customized scenarios
The A6000 by M2Msoft is an IVR allowing the launching of tailored scenarios such as:
- The displaying of audio announcements based on specific criterions (identification of the caller number, destination pattern, time, etc.)
- To be put on line with an operator (client service) according to DTMF code
- The listening or the reading of information from the database (balance consultation, commands with code, etc.)
- Management of the holding lines
API
The A6000 also contains Java programming interfaces enabling the control of the resources with an external application and the execution of elaborated services.
Administration
It is done through a secured web interface that gives the access to the real time supervision of the server.
