The ACD7000 is a system configured for tele-secretary agencies (external secretary) and small and medium sized call centers.

A full-IP solution of high technology

In case of an incoming call treated via the DID or the source number, a first qualification is done via the vocal server linked to the system enabling the collect of information and the configuration of criterions.
Thanks to that, the call dispatcher is then able to select the specific agent corresponding to the skills, or to redirect automatically the call through another member of the pool.

Based on various criterions

The system is based on a unlimited list of criterions, that can be modified and chosen by the user himself: via the DID number or the called number, through the identification of the caller, through the collect of information by the IVR at the beginning, through the client profile, by the skills, the availability and the working time of the agents.
A consultancy service for the selection of the solution and the configuration of it can be provided by M2Msoft.
