The Agent Panel by M2Msoft is a graphic console for operator in companies enabling the linking of all kinds of calls (incoming and outcoming).

A clear interface

Divided into three parts: the operator status (connected or not), the calls on hold and the directory/dialer. The access to the different parts simultaneously engenders an ergonomic use of the switchboard functionalities and an easy management of the flows for the agent.

Management of the calls on hold

Various agents can operate on a same switchboard. All the agents will see the calls on hold and the various following informations: number/name of the caller, called company according to the DID number and possibly the display of the client profile.

Associated functionalities

In general, an agent can use the following functionalities: blind transfers, transfers with consultation, linking of two outcoming calls, commutation between lines on hold, closure of call on hold, outcoming calls, etc.

Outcoming calls

The AgentPanel interface helps the agents to establish outcoming calls from the numbers editor, the central directory, the historical of calls or directly from the clients' accounts. Don't lose time, the AgentPanel is easy to use.

Customize your tools

You can define what you prefer according to the DID numbers or the direct number from an internal post. Choose the musics for the opening, the holding, the rejection, the closing of service and also the vocal anouncements according to the schedule.

Advanced supervision

The supervision commands can be used on the agents, the enterprises or the calls. Recording, discrete listenings, states in real time, etc, there are so many features to discover.
