Vocal recorder over IP
The GR4600 by M2Msoft is a recording system of telephonic communications with a multi users web consultation and archiving.
Multiple consultation
The administrators of a telephonic service can listen to the archiving messages again or delete them from a HTTP browser. In case of a call center of incoming or outcoming calls, every identified user can:
- Listen to / Delete the last messages received from the phone
- Listen to / Delete the archived recordings with a HTTP browser
Secured solution
The access rights of the users are defined by the administrator of the system. Various criterions enable the activation or not of the recordings on a case by case basis (internal and external calls, pattern source and destination, users options).
Limitable use per user
The recordings are timestamped and contain the extensions (source/destination) and the user login. It is also possible to limit the number of the last recordings that every user can consult from his phone.
Optimal configuration
A small beep can be configured at every side of the communication in an independant way to alert that the recording will start.
The switch of the communications through the GR4600 can be easily done via the management of prefixes for a transparent use for the users.
Burning on DVD
The GR4600 integrates a burning automate for the recordings on DVD (DVD burner integrated in option).
